Online Auto Store delivers physical products throughout South Africa.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

We aim to dispatch in-stock products within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed from the next business day.

DELIVERY

Orders are delivered using Courier Guy or another suitable courier service.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Cape Town: 2 business days
Major Centres: 3-5 business days
Regional/Outlying Areas: 5-7 business days

These are estimated delivery times and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, remote locations or circumstances outside Online Auto Store's reasonable control.

SHIPPING COST

Standard nationwide delivery: 

Under 4kg parcels are a standard of R230.00 per parcel
Over 4kg parcels will be quoted directly with the client

The applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

Please check these details carefully before completing your order.

If an order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Additional courier costs resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

TRACKING

Where courier tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

DAMAGED PARCELS

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the parcel and product and contact Online Auto Store as soon as reasonably possible.

Please retain the packaging while we investigate the matter with the courier.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to ensure website stock information is accurate.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

INSTALLATION

Unless specifically stated otherwise, delivery charges do not include installation.

Installation services must be booked separately.
